How prints and originals are shipped

We package our prints and originals in cardboard tubes and boxes, and ship them through the ordinary mail system. We send all our packages unregistered and untracked. If you want your package to be sent as registered mail for an extra cost, please let us know by emailing totolarakunst@gmail.com, and we’ll see what we can do. But do keep in mind that this can be expensive.

Shipping prices

The shipping fee will vary depending on the weight/volume of your shipment and where we are shipping the order.

Delivery time

We usually fulfill our orders within 5 to 10 business days. Thereafter, the delivery time depends on where the order is being shipped to.

• For Norwegian customers, the delivery time is approximately 3 to 4 business days, excluding the order fulfillment process. In total, you should have your order in hand within one to two weeks.

• For European customers, the delivery time is approximately 5 to 10 business days, excluding the order fulfillment process. In total, you should have your order in hand within two to three weeks.

• For international customers, the delivery time is approximately 10 to 15 business days, excluding the order fulfillment process. In total, you should have your order in hand within two to four weeks.
